Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules
Prepare, update, and maintain project timelines and reports
Utilize scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project) to track progress
Input and manage project data using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Procore, and Power BI
Analyze schedule data and identify potential risks or delays
Gather relevant information and coordinate with stakeholders
Facilitate meetings related to schedule planning and project progress

プロジェクトスケジュールの作成および管理
スケジュールおよび進捗レポートの作成・更新・管理
スケジュール管理ツール（Primavera、Microsoft Projectなど）を用いた進捗管理
Excel、SharePoint、Procore、Power BIなどを用いたデータ入力および管理
スケジュールデータの分析およびリスク・遅延の特定
関係者との連携および情報収集
スケジュールや進捗に関する会議のファシリテーション
資格
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in schedule planning and related work (1+ year)
Skills in scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project)
Minimum requirement: ability to use Microsoft Project
Data input and management skills (Excel, SharePoint, Procore, Power BI, etc.)
Excel is required; other tools are a plus
Logical thinking skills (required / assessed during interview)
Strong information-gathering and communication skills (required / assessed during interview)
Meeting facilitation skills (preferred)
