Job Description

This role would oversee and manage the implementation of Extra-Low Voltage systems in construction projects. This would include coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and delivering projects on time.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation and commissioning of ELV systems on construction sites.

Review and interpret ELV system designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, costs, and quality.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems.

Ensure all ELV installations comply with local regulations and international standards.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Maintain accurate documentation and project records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

5 - 7 years of experience in ELV systems and construction project management.

Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA, BMS, etc.

Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, BS, IEC).

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
