Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP).

Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control processes.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, company quality procedures, and client-specific requirements.

Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead quality inspections for all construction disciplines

Verify materials, equipment, and installations conform to approved specifications and design documents.

Ensure inspection hold points and witness points are properly executed.

Evaluate subcontractor quality plans and procedures.

Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance.

Conduct vendor audits and quality assessments.

Ensure all subcontractors comply with project QA/QC requirements.

Review and approve quality-related documents

Coordinate pre-functional and functional testing activities.

Support integrated systems testing (IST) and commissioning teams.

Ensure all testing documentation is completed and approved.

Verify systems meet reliability, redundancy, and operational requirements.

Conduct internal quality audits and site inspections.

Participate in client, consultant, and third-party audits.

Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Track and close quality observations and punch list items.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects.

Experience managing quality processes from construction through commissioning and handover.

Strong leadership and team management

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
