To inspect construction works with a focus on structural elements, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes/standards
To monitor and verify the quality of materials used (e.g., concrete, reinforcement steel) and workmanship on site
To ensure all structural works meet safety, statutory, and environmental requirements
To identify, document, and report any non-conformance, defects, or quality issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
To coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues
To witness and record key construction activities, including reinforcement installation, formwork, and concrete pouring
To review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and shop drawings related to structural works
To maintain proper inspection records, site reports, and documentation in accordance with project requirements
To support site supervision in ensuring construction activities follow the approved schedule and quality standards
To attend site meetings and provide updates on structural inspection status and quality issues
To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all inspection activities
To communicate effectively with the project team and escalate critical issues to the appropriate line manager
Qualifications
Client-side, full-time site-based role
Minimum 6 years’ experience in construction; data centre experience preferred
Proficient in Thai and English (written and spoken)
Strong team player with good coordination across site, quality, and safety teams
Good knowledge of design review and pre-construction documents (Method Statements, ITPs, Quality Plans)
Experience in inspecting site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards
