* Support validation of Ethernet, InfiniBand, storage, management, and

provisioning networks while assisting customers with connectivity,

configuration, and performance-related issues.

* Assist with hardware, firmware, operating system, networking, storage, and

infrastructure troubleshooting while supporting root-cause analysis and

corrective action planning.

* Support evaluation and validation of advanced cooling technologies, including

liquid-cooled and air-cooled infrastructure solutions where applicable.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures,

validation checklists, testing methodologies, troubleshooting guides, and

operational best practices.

* Utilize the Global Technical Resource Center (GTRC) and Solutions Support

resources as part of a scalable project delivery strategy to improve

turnaround times and increase customer success.

* Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on

training sessions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

strategic manufacturers to identify opportunities and strengthen WESCO's

position as a trusted advisor.

* Participate in advanced technical training and maintain relevant industry
