RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your primary focus will be supporting

the implementation and execution of the Quality and Commissioning (QCx) Program

across a major data centre construction project. You will work closely with

client stakeholders, construction & commissioning contractors, and project teams

to ensure commissioning activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in

accordance with project requirements.

You will act as a key site-based representative for quality and commissioning

activities, helping to drive excellence in quality and safety culture across the

project while supporting successful project delivery, system readiness and

operational handover.

In addition, you will:

* Support the implementation and governance of the Quality and Commissioning

(QCx) Program, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.

* Act as the site focal point for owner quality and commissioning matters,

coordinating activities across client, contractor and commissioning

stakeholders.

* Coordinate commissioning activities, schedules and interfaces to ensure

effective alignment between project teams, contractors, vendors and

commissioning agents.

* Monitor commissioning progress and readiness, providing accurate reporting

and supporting issue resolution to maintain project milestones.

* Review commissioning procedures, documentation, test records and reports to

ensure compliance and successful system handover.

* Support checklist management, functional testing, system verification and

commissioning completion activities throughout project execution.

* Assist with vendor management, change management, turnover and handover

processes, supporting the client quality team to achieve project objectives.

Expected

You must have full Thailand working rights to be considered for this role and be

able to pass a pre-employment medical.

Suitably qualified with a degree in either Mechanical, Electrical,

Telecommunications, Instrumentation Engineering (or a related discipline) from a

recognized institution, ideally, you will have 5+ years of relevant industry

experience, including commissioning, construction and project delivery

experience gained within major industrial, infrastructure, technology or

mission-critical projects.

In addition:

* Proven experience supporting commissioning and quality activities on

large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. 

* Excellent knowledge of commissioning processes, system testing, mechanical

completion and project handover activities. 

* Demonstrated experience coordinating clients, contractors, vendors and

multidisciplinary commissioning teams. 

* Ability to review and manage commissioning documentation, procedures, reports

and system test records. 

* Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage

competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. 

* Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, quality and operational

excellence. 

* Effective communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building

skills across multidisciplinary teams. 

* Well-developed problem-solving and analytical capability, with experience

monitoring commissioning progress, supporting project reporting and driving

issue resolution.

Desirable

What will set you apart will be previous experience supporting the commissioning

and delivery of data centre, mission-critical, telecommunications, technology

infrastructure or high-availability facilities. Experience working within

complex construction environments and coordinating commissioning activities

across multiple disciplines will be highly regarded.
