We are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team.
The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or
exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves
in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair as well as
participating in an on-call rotation.
All candidates should be willing to work both independently and with a team.
Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the
ability to react quickly are critical to being successful. In addition to
hardware and network repair candidates will install equipment, create
documentation, innovate solutions, participate in site-level project work, and
fix complex problems within the Data Center Space.

you will be required to engage in physical data center activities This includes
all tasks associated with planning and tracking capacity, rack deployment, rack
cabling, hardware and software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning. All
physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodation:
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for
41+ pounds
• Working in cramped and/or elevated locations
• Bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
• Standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day
• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without
limitation
• Work in a noisy environment
• Work shifts longer than 8 hours to support 24/7 operations (covering both
night and day shifts).
- Extensive travel will be required in 2024 with some travel required in 2025.

NOTE: Lump sum stipend will be provided to eligible candidates who relocate for
this position.

• Maintain service level agreements through the implementation of proactive
issue detection and reporting
• Are biased to act in the absence of direction or support
• Improve effectiveness through process innovation
You will be required to work shift work that will include
days/nights/weekends/holidays.

Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma

dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating
efficiently under pressure
- Experience working in a Data Center environment
- Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting
- Understanding of storage devices
- Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
- An Associates degree or 2+ years of professional or military experience in an
IT related field

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be
based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Starting
