EHS Manager (Data Center)

Primary Residence Location: Utah

Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year + Per Diem

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 weeks on, 1 week off (approx. 50 hours/week)

$95,000 - $110,000/year (depending on experience) + Per Diem.

5 weeks on-site with 1 full week off to recharge.

"A DAY IN THE LIFE"

As our EHS Manager, you will oversee all safety protocols on the job site and act as the primary safety leader during Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and plan-of-the-day meetings. You will supervise at least one Safety Technician, ensuring all crew members adhere to safety programs, Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG), site-specific safety assessments (SSA), and proper PPE usage.

QUALIFICATIONS

OSHA 510 certification OR Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) required.

Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety experience in construction or heavy industry, with proven management experience.

Willingness to accommodate heavy travel requirements (5 weeks on, 1 week off).

Strong communication skills, incident investigation expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor safety personnel with minimal supervision.
