Technical Sales Representative – Datacenter Sales, SMB
Join us as a Technical Sales Representative on our Data Center Sales team in
Sweden to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
As a Technical Sales Representative (TSR), you will be responsible for
supporting datacenter sales opportunities in the SMB segment by providing
technical expertise and shaping customer-centric solutions. You will work with
account managers, partners, and customers to align Dell’s datacenter portfolio
with business needs and drive successful sales outcomes.
* Support the sales team with technical expertise in customer-facing datacenter
opportunities within the SMB segment
* Engage with customers to understand infrastructure, pain points, and future
needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
* Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, translating
technology into business value
* Collaborate with internal specialists and partners to design competitive
solutions and support proposals
* Drive opportunity progression by addressing technical objections and
contributing to pipeline growth

what we are looking for with this role:
* Experience in technical sales, presales, or solution advisory roles within IT
infrastructure or datacenter technology
* Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as servers, storage,
virtualization, backup and recovery, and hyperconverged infrastructure
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain
technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
* Proven ability to understand customer business needs and map them to
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in Swedish and
* Experience working with SMB customers and/or partner-led sales environments
* Familiarity with Dell Technologies datacenter portfolio, hybrid cloud, or
infrastructure transformation discussions
