We have a new exciting opportunity for a Commercial Leader- EMEA Data Center who will drive commercial strategy, sales interface, and service offering across the region. This role is key to driving growth, particularly in hyperscale Data Centres, by strengthening collaboration across sales, tendering, and execution.
What you’ll do:
Define and drive the EMEA Project Services commercial strategy and service portfolio, aligned with clusters and divisions
Support sales and tendering teams on large bids, ensuring clear technical and operational service solutions
Act as BID/deal approver for major projects, ensuring strong value proposition and inclusion of service offerings
Own pricing strategy and governance, including pricing guidelines, margins, and commercial performance (P&L alignment)
Ensure project selection discipline at early sales stages, safeguarding profitability and risk balance
Lead SIOP and pipeline management, aligning demand, capacity, and capabilities with execution teams
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights (VoC) to maintain competitiveness
Build and evolve a comprehensive Project Services portfolio, with a strong focus on Data Centre segment growth
Drive capability planning and workforce readiness, especially in emerging or less mature regions
Establish governance, KPIs, and risk management frameworks, ensuring performance tracking and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
10+ years Commercial experience in Engineering Services such as field service or commissioning
Strong data centre or switchgear experience preferred
Technical expertise in LV/MV, UPS, power distribution / power quality
Proven experience in large-scale projects and commercial environments
Skills:
Strong commercial, pricing, and risk management capability
Ability to influence cross-functional, multi-country stakeholders
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
