MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in program or project management.
* 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including
electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling
units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and
experience with start up/commissioning processes.
* 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
* Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design
and construction industry, including track design build processes and
associated documents and agreement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task
prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals
* Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.

often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the
players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
This is an on-site position, requiring a standard five day per week schedule in
the office.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive
and key partner communications.
* Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that
effectively address continuous improvement including resource stewardship
(effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near- and
long-term objectives.
* Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive
stakeholder decision-making.
* Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program
stakeholders.
* Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing
expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the
insights they need to make effective decisions.
