About This Role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering,

or equivalent practical experience.

* 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project

or program management.

* Experience applying project controls principles (e.g., cost, schedule, scope,

and risk management).

* Experience delivering utility infrastructure projects, including power,

water, and roadways.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

* Experience working in the data center sector or related mission-critical

industries.

* Track record of successfully leading large cross-functional teams across

multiple departments.

* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster and maintain

relationships with cross-functional partners.

and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,

experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Be accountable for the cost, schedule, and change reporting of all utility

infrastructure projects within your designated region.

* Ensure the timely escalation of all project issues to the appropriate

internal and external stakeholders.

* Maintain the accuracy of and updates to project-level data within enterprise

project management tools.

* Handle regional planning and forecasting to contribute to a global

infrastructure capital plan.

* Engage collaboratively with stakeholders to document, maintain, and improve

existing project controls processes.
