About This Role

This role is based remotely in the US with travel required for launches and reviews.

Are you ready to open a world of opportunity in talent mobility? Our clients include some of the largest and most recognized brands in the world. They’re innovators and leaders in their industries, making life-enhancing breakthroughs every day. We help them tap into those opportunities by placing their exceptional people where they need to be, anywhere in the world. When it comes to service, we set the bar for exceptional … and then we raise it with fresh ideas, leading tools and innovative approaches, and it’s all grounded in our values of truth, love, and integrity. We call it People-first Mobility. We’re looking for exceptional people who share those values along with our passion for delivering the highest levels of service. If that sounds like you, and if you’re ready for a new career opportunity, we’d like to hear from you! Here’s to the world ahead.

The Project Manager, Data Center and Rapid Deployments will lead complex site deployment projects supporting data centre development and expansion, temporary workforce infrastructure, remote-site operations and other rapid-response business needs. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, this role will coordinate projects from initial planning and scoping through mobilisation, site launch, operational stabilisation and closeout.

The successful candidate will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, contractors, documentation and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams. This role is well suited to a practical and highly organised project professional who can bring structure to fast-moving environments, anticipate execution risks and keep internal teams and external partners aligned. Success will be measured by safe, timely and commercially disciplined delivery that meets client expectations.

This is a remote role, but the Project Manager must be comfortable travelling when required to support site launches, vendor activities, client meetings and urgent deployment needs.

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $115,000 to $138,000.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end project delivery: Manage assigned data centre, rapid-deployment and temporary-infrastructure projects from initiation and planning through execution, stabilisation, operational handover and closeout. Maintain clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.

* Build and maintain project controls: Develop practical project plans, schedules, workback plans, milestone trackers, responsibility matrices, readiness checklists, issue logs, risk registers, communication plans and project dashboards.

* Coordinate site readiness and mobilisation: Bring together vendor mobilisation, asset and material delivery, temporary infrastructure, workforce accommodation, utilities, connectivity, transportation, food services, security, facilities support and operational handover.

* Align stakeholders and delivery partners: Coordinate clients, internal teams, vendors, contractors, suppliers and site partners around responsibilities, decisions and interdependent workstreams.

* Manage commercial and financial performance: Monitor budgets, forecasts, expenditure, invoices, change orders and cost implications with Finance and Procurement.

* Manage risk, safety and change: Identify constraints, dependencies, safety considerations and delivery risks; maintain mitigation plans, manage change control and escalate blockers.

* Provide clear project communication: Lead meetings and prepare concise status reports, leadership briefings, decision papers and escalation updates.

* Drive quality, handover and continuous improvement: Monitor deliverables, service levels and punch-list items and complete closeout documentation, lessons learned and transition notes.
