National Sales Manager (Data Center Filtration)

Job Details: Job Location: Remote - Grand Prairie, TX, Salary Range: $145000.00 - $165000.00Salary/year, The Opportunity We are looking for a proven sales hunter who lives and breathes the data center market. This role is hyper-focused on one vertical: winning new business with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and edge data center operators across North America. You will open doors, build pipeline from scratch, run pilots and convert them into multi-site programs. You will work directly with the Director of Sales & Marketing to shape our data center strategy, and your results will be rewarded with commission and an uncapped bonus. Key Responsibilities New Business Development (Core Competency): This is the heart of the role. Hunt, qualify and close new data center accounts across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and edge operators. Build pipeline from cold outreach, own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement, and consistently bring new logos to K&N. We are hiring first and foremost for a proven ability to create and close new business in the data center space. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new-business revenue targets for the North America data center vertical. Pilot to Rollout Conversion: Launch data center pilots, prove performance, uptime safety and ROI, and convert successful pilots into multi-site and portfolio-wide programs. Enterprise Selling: Engage and influence critical facilities, data center operations, engineering, procurement and sustainability leaders. Navigate long sales cycles and build consensus across buying committees. Channel and Ecosystem Partners: Work with distributors, mechanical contractors, facility service providers and data center consultants to generate demand and co-sell into operators. Value-Based Selling: Build compelling business cases around total cost of ownership, energy performance, labor savings, waste reduction and ESG impact. Industry Presence: Represent K&N at key data center events such as Yotta, 7x24 Exchange and DCD, and turn conversations into qualified pipeline. CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and activity data in HubSpot and bring market insight back to Sales, Marketing and Technical teams. Qualifications: Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a documented record of hunting, closing new business and exceeding quota. Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions to data center or mission-critical facility buyers. Comfort prospecting cold and building pipeline from scratch, with strong negotiation and executive presentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision; willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred Established relationships with hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data center operators. Background in HVAC filtration, air quality, cooling or other critical facility products and services. Experience selling sustainability or ESG-driven solutions; HubSpot CRM proficiency.
