Senior Analyst - Data Center Operations ​

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Data Center Operations will play a crucial role in monitoring network incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless communication within the network infrastructure.

We will count on you to:

Monitor, workaround and troubleshoot network, security and Infrastructure incidents and alerts, ensuring timely response and resolution

Perform troubleshooting for network issues and escalate to specialized teams when necessary.

Serve as the first line of support, managing incidents and ensuring effective communication until resolution.

Review and manage incidents until they are resolved

What you need to have:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; certification in networking (CCNA, CCNP) is required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or support roles.

Basic to medium knowledge in infrastructure like servers, OS (Linux, Unix) , backups, storage, UPS, Wireless, Cloud environment and/or Web apps, will be a plus.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of networking concepts and tools, with advanced proficiency in English.
