About This Role

* Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the continuous

availability of the power and cooling in the data center.

* Support customer operations, growth, and design changes.

* Oversee facility electrical load management and overall health of data center

critical environments

* Ensure redundancy is maintained during failure and maintenance scenarios

* Oversee new buildouts through commissioning oversight, handover and delivery

timeline tracking, and document gathering and management.

* Perform non-routine and complex administrative workloads and program

initiatives

* Host post-incident reviews and mitigation coordination

* Prepare and present change requests for complex repairs or upgrades

* On-call support for after hours events and incidents

* Track equipment specifications, nameplate ratings, and capacity limitations
