This role is responsible for owning individual projects and workstreams from kickoff through closeout while ensuring alignment with broader program objectives, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

We are looking for a project leader with experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, capital projects, data centers, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) environments.

The Project Manager will work closely with Program Managers, Project Controls, engineering teams, design partners, contractors, vendors, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive execution, maintain visibility into project performance, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.

Essential Functions

Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow through to completion.

Schedule & Program Integration

Build and maintain project-level schedules aligned to the broader program master schedule.

Monitor project dependencies and identify impacts to adjacent workstreams.

Support integration of project schedules into the overall program plan.

Escalate schedule risks and conflicts proactively while recommending mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate activities across engineering, design, construction, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders.

Manage communication between project teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership.

Ensure all parties understand scope, responsibilities, milestones, and expectations.

Support cross-functional collaboration across the QC Ecosystem and external delivery partners.

Project Controls & Reporting

Track project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, issues, and progress.

Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting notes, decision logs, change requests, and status reports.

Provide regular project updates and executive-ready reporting to Program Leadership.

Contribute to phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

Identify project-level risks, constraints, and issues early.

Drive resolution through collaboration and ownership.

Develop mitigation plans and corrective actions when needed.

Escalate issues appropriately while ensuring accountability remains clear.

What Success Looks Like

Projects remain aligned with program milestones and strategic objectives.

Risks and issues are identified and resolved before impacting delivery.

Stakeholders have clear visibility into project status, priorities, and next steps.

Documentation and reporting are accurate, current, and decision-ready.

Engineering, design, vendors, and project teams remain coordinated and accountable.

Workstreams are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with minimal leadership intervention.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP or similar credential a plus.

3–6+ years of Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital projects, utilities, manufacturing, data centers, or EPC environments.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage a defined scope of work from start to finish.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams.

Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies, risk management, and project execution.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience maintaining project documentation and status reporting.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Data center development, construction, commissioning, or infrastructure experience.

Experience within EPC, engineering consulting, owner’s representative, or capital project delivery environments.
