5–15 years (Data Center / Mission-Critical preferred)
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Good to Have-Data Center project experience
Knowledge of: Revit / BIM coordination
CFD tools
Familiarity with:
ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE
Software Skills
AutoCAD (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of Revit MEP (preferred)
Familiarity with: HAP / Trace or similar tools (preferred)
Communication & Attitude
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to learn and take technical guidance
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
