As a Talent Acquisition Manager within our Data Center team, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities to support the growth of our Data Center business in Japan. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position requiring close partnership with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire top talent.

Experience Hire
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by direct sourcing as well as agency management
Build the pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and support future hiring needs within the Data Center business
Develop interview protocols by accurately tracking applicants and candidates, ensuring compliance and governance internally
Perform reference checks and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the onboarding process
Act as a business partner to guide and advise stakeholders on hiring decisions through relevant market data and recruitment strategies
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders within the Data Center team to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives

資格
Qualifications
Experience managing the recruitment process end-to-end
Preferably 5 years of recruitment experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or Data Center sectors (agency and/or in-house)
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
