Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Estimator to join our team and support the successful planning and delivery of complex construction projects, with a strong emphasis on Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project teams to develop competitive and accurate bids.

This role requires a strong understanding of commercial construction practices, Network Infrastructure (ISP/OSP), cost analysis, and technical construction documentation. Candidates with a background in Construction Management are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction cost estimates.

Review and analyze drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation to develop accurate budgets and bid proposals.

Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs for construction projects.

Develop and maintain cost databases, unit pricing, and historical cost information.

Identify potential project risks and cost-saving opportunities during the estimating process.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, owners, and construction teams throughout the preconstruction phase.

Monitor market conditions, labor trends, material pricing, and industry best practices.

Participate in client meetings and project planning sessions as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience estimating or supporting Network Infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.

Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Experience performing quantity takeoffs and developing detailed cost analyses.

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple estimates and competing deadlines simultaneously.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Educational background in Construction Management strongly preferred.

Experience with mission-critical facilities, data centers, hyperscale campuses, or high-tech construction projects.

Familiarity with preconstruction services, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Experience with estimating platforms such as Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, CostX, Planswift, or similar tools.

Experience working with general contractors, EPC firms, or owners' representatives.
